Fortunately, Hollande is the President of France and immediately surrendered, unconditionally, to Joe "Finger Guns" Biden.
Hollande got back at Biden by serving him escargot, which the "victor" had difficulty eating due to his finger guns being incapable of handling the pince à escargot.
PS: Is it just me or is our Vice-President looking more and more every day like a lounge lizard-crooner in a dive bar in Vegas?
