When Obama came into office, 81.023 million Americans of working age were not participating in the labour force and the participation rate was 65.5%. Today, that number is 89.936 million and the participation rate is 63.3% - the lowest since 1978. That's an increase of 8.913 million and a drop of 11% in the LFPR.
