Foot Fetish Extremist! Man Arrested For Trying To Bite Ex-Girlfriend's Toe Off Attacks Her Again, This Time With An 'Assault Cigar Cutter'

By Daily Mail Reporter

Former New Mexico shoe salesman Daniel Anaya has been arrested for allegedly stalking an ex-girlfriend and trying to cut off her big toe with a cigar cutter only months after being arrest for biting off part of the same woman's toe in a separate incident.
Anaya, 27, allegedly followed his ex-girlfriend to her new home in Albuquerque.

The ex-girlfriend, not identified in reports, had a restraining order against him from two earlier two-biting incidents.

Daniel Anaya was arrested after attacking an ex-girlfriend with a cigar cutter and trying to slice into her toe

She was able to fight him off with a metal fork and escape but not before her injured her.
She told police Anaya was yelling that she had ruined his life.

'Being able to go after a toe with that type of a weapon would cause excruciating pain,' Celina Westervelt with Santa Fe police told KOAT. 'It is a bizarre case.'

He was arrested later that night upon returning to Santa Fe.

He was seeking medical treatment for the injury she'd given him with the fork.

In February, Anaya was arrested for trying to bite off a piece of the same woman's toe

In his mug shot, his face is scarred because the woman tried to scratch him and gouge out his eyes.

'She tried to defend herself. She tried to call police. The victim in this case did everything right. And it's unfortunate that this ended that way,' Westervelt said.

Because a witness for the prosecution failed to appear, the February assault case against Anaya was dismissed.

Anaya was once employed as a shoe salesman in a department store.
